I, (Name) -------------------------------------------------------------, the Persona International' s Top Soft Skills Trainer Award Program Applicant, declare that I read and agree to the Contest General Rules and Conditions stated hereinafter,
1. Failing to submit any of the required documents will result in eliminating the applicant from the showcase.
2. Top ten trainers must submit their visual aids requirements maximum by the 11th of August, 2008.
3. Any of the Top ten trainers Failing to appear in the day and time for the session will result in a fine of EGP 1000.
4. Persona International retains the right to remove any applicant that has entered a contest incorrectly or has used marketing materials and language that is not in line with the spirit of the showcase.
5. Applicants should refrain from promoting their companies and should only focus in show casing their knowledge and training abilities. Failing to do so will result in the applicant elimination
6. Applicants may use any official promotional materials provided by Persona International Soft Skills Top Trainer Showcase Program to promote their involvement in the 2008 contest. These resources are provided free of charge to all contestants. Persona International reserves the right to remove any business that manipulates these materials or uses unsanctioned promotional materials from the contest.
7. Applicants are encouraged to invite their clients to vote and rate the applicants, but any applicant that attempts to unfairly manipulate results in any way will be removed from the showcase.
8. In the last day of the showcase, persona International will announce the Top three Trainers. These results are not intended, nor are they permitted, to be reproduced, printed, or displayed anywhere outside of the official Persona International site. Any fitness professional that uses this data without the expressed written consent of Persona International will be removed from the contest. This information is the property of Persona International. It is illegal, for any party, press or otherwise, that uses this data without the expressed written consent of Persona International.
9. We do not support businesses or Training Companies to enter the showcase with Trainers representing them. The goal of the showcase and guide is to enhance and showcase the Soft Skills Trainers personal abilities and connect them to the Companies and to help increase visibility for listed trainers. By inviting people to the site to browse and post comments, we are creating the premier destination for local content.
10. Persona International and the Judging Panel reserve the right to nominate and announce the winners in the elimination phase and the final round at their own discretion and maintaining the business standards and ethics without the disclosure of the scoring documents. Contestants forfeit the right to challenge and/or questions the judging panel’s nor persona International’s decisions and nominations
