To apply for this contest that will be held alongside Wazayef Masr 2nd Employment fair in the Cairo Conference Center in the period between August the 14th and the 16th, 2008,

2. Experience in Soft Skills Training
3. A paragraph on the reason you became a Soft Skills Trainer
4. In your own words, how do you evaluate the soft skills training in Egypt and how can it be improved.
5. How to identify the corporate needs and ailments.
6. How to design and structure corporate presentations/program, the content, activities and materials
7. Two soft skills training programs they choose to present
8. Outline of the content of each program, its aim and objectives, activities and learning methods
9. Summary of the training program topics , explaining why each topic is included , the aim and objective of this topic, how to deliver each topic to the trainees, how it will benefit them and how the training is evaluated.
10. Your preferred audience

STEP TWO: 1. The Applicants will be screened and shortlisted for final presentation 2. The Evaluation will be based on the aforementioned submissions 3. The Screening results will appear on Persona International Website on the10th of August , 2008. 4. The top ten trainers will be invited to showcase their training abilities either on the 14th or the 15th of August. . STEP THREE: 1. Final Training Session should be limited to 90 minutes. 2. Power points presentations and handouts must be handed one hour prior to the session on a Disc and in hard copy. Any distributed materials should be approved by Persona International before distribution. Failing to do so will result in the applicant elimination. 3. Applicants must arrive Two hours prior to their scheduled session 4. Applicants will present their session in front of the Evaluating Panel , the Companies representatives and the Fair visitors. 5. The Applicants will be evaluated based on their a. Organization b. Preparation c. Techniques for handling sensitive issues and for managing group activity d. Effective usage of visual aids and other materials to aid learning and assist in the management of the group/activities e. Their presentation abilities f. Their image and confidence g. Their skill in managing the training and the audience. h. Their consistent approach and high standard of delivery i. Their Interventions are based on an effective and managed learning process j. Level of satisfaction from panel and attendees k. Their understanding of the trainer’s role as a facilitator of learning
