I work as a Trainer with 19 years experience in Management, Sales and Training in soft skills I am well versed on MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash. As I do believe every body has success receptors inside him/her that have to be fully occupied in away or another so I've to saturate them with a training that will utilize my capabilities to the maximum. Kindly be informed that training is the most things I do love so they're done not only as a job description of a certain title but also as an attitude coming out of my life style.

I became a Soft Skills Trainers because this is where Passion and professionalism join for me. When I’m training I feel like the world has totally stooped and is only revolving around my training Room. Although I teach Soft Skills where there is no tangible benefits, I feel honored when one of my participants come and tell me because of what you said today I’m going to change my way or my perception in dealing with this point. I believe anyone any learn how to be an accountant but not anyone can learn how to communicate effectively.

I am a senior trainer at Contacts Plus, I have a Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering, majored in Steel Constructions Menoufya University 2005. Due to my passion for training, I made a paradigm shift and dove into the world of learning solution industry. I started my career as a certified English and soft skills instructor at Berlitz International, Inc., then joined Contacts Plus, Egypt as a trainer in 2007. I am a certified instructional designer from CyberLearning and Mind Leaders, USA. He is a member of several local and international associations such as; Syndicate of Egyptian Engineers, Tourist Friends Association (TFA), Egyptian Engineers Society, American Society of Training and Development (ASTD).
Ahmed Shoala
I have studied at Cairo Academy, Faculty of engineering, majored in computer and electronics. Due to my passion to develop my marketing communication concepts, I made a paradigm shift and dove into the world of interaction with different customer types. I started my career as a call center agent at Raya Contact Center- Net one international, USA, and stepped forward to be a quality assurance, then I assisted in the Training department as trainer, and later on Ahmed became a call center team leader, I joined Contacts Plus, Egypt as a trainer in 2008. I attended telesales techniques training by Adam Ponaldi (3rd best sales man all over the world 2001), also attended Customer operation Performance center Training (COPC) at RAYA Contact Center. I am a Certified International Trainer by the International and management institute (IMI) by attending a Train of the Trainer Program (TOT); however, I attended various professional Business skills training programs that have been held by RAYA management.
