The Persona International’s Top Soft Skills Trainer Award is aimed at promoting and enhancing soft skills training in Egypt by highlighting the positive role of Soft skills training as a medium of organizational and personal development, and discovering the credible and professional soft skills trainers and giving them the chance to develop and grow.

This is being achieved by organizing a Soft Skills Trainers Showcase alongside Wazayef Masr 2nd Employment Fair (14-16 August , 2008). The trainers are judged after a preliminary elimination process by a panel of experts and specialists in the various aspects of the training and management in terms of contents, professionalism, results achievement, innovation and applying the latest learning instruments and methodologies. In addition, Audience satisfaction is judged by the companies HR representatives and the fair visitors attending the session.

The Persona International’s Top Soft Skills Trainer Award is the first project that answers the growing need amongst companies for effective and representative employees. Today, Companies recognized the importance of people skills and the fact that they are essential for a successful business. For people to be truly effective in any given situation, they need to have the appropriate personal skills, along with their knowledge and experience.
